Upward Transitions has provided a helping hand to those in need since 1927. We are supported by United Way of Central Oklahoma, grants, foundations, special events, and through the generosity of donors who want to lend a helping hand and give back to their community. Here are some ways you can help:

- Adopt a homeless family by equipping them with household items as they leave an emergency shelter and move into transitional housing.
- Volunteer.

Fill a bag or, better yet, organize a mini food drive among your friends and neighbors.
